Connection refused

سلام وقت بخیر
من روی هر دو سرور از سمت دیتاسنتر IPv6 گرفتم و روی سرور مقابل IPv6 سرور مقابل رو پینگ میکنم بدون مشکل پینگ میده.
سرور با IPv4 بدون مشکل تانل میکنم ولی با IPv6 هر کاری میکنم اررور میده :
ممنون میشم مشکل بگید کجاست ؟
