DymolaCommand library not availabe in Open Modelica

Its great that this is open source, however when I tried to run the library and examples in the OMEdit/Open Modelica software (unfortunately no access to Dymola, and library is too large for the demo dymola version), it is unable to run because the DymolaCommand library is used in the code.

Any chance there is a version of the library that has had the DymolaCommand functions replaced with open source versions from Open Modelica?

PR #20 should make the models compile with OpenModelica.
