I have installed from current LTR, which is 3.34.10 and got python 3.9.5.

Other teammates using Windows, have 3.12.5 installed with the same version.

My current workaround is to install with MacPorts, but it would be much appreciated if the python and its packages would be aligned among different OS installers.
