Setup the LLC with those deciding to move forward under the articles, #6. At a minimum we'll want to address the following:

Get an EIN
A proper business account
Credit cards
Select corp attorney
- Review articles
File articles and create LLC at the State/Commerce Dept.
Select corp CPA
- Need filed articles
Select business advisor(s)
- Maybe consider SBA/SCORE, could be out dated though
