add remaining Verkehrsauskunft Österreich (VAO) endpoints

There are some Verkehrsauskunft Österreich (VAO) deployments that are not supported by hafas-client yet:

• VOR AnachB
• VVT – add more profiles: VOS, AVV, BART, VVT, VKG #206
• VVV
• BMK – does it makes sense to add it?
• IVB – IVB moved to mobile HAFAS and fahrplan.ivb.at schildbach/public-transport-enabler#184
• Land Tirol – does it makes sense to add it?
• VKG – add more profiles: VOS, AVV, BART, VVT, VKG #206
• SVV – add SVV profile #171
• OÖVV
• Land Salzburg
• WLB – does it makes sense to add it?
• Rad Tirol – does it makes sense to add it?
• Steirischer Verkehrsverbund (VST/STV)
