The configuration currently explicitly specifies the set as well, as it sets various options such as the annotation focus to use the entity annotation type with the particular set. Automating this is not impossible, but not trivial either. It should then be used in combination with constraining configurations to certain sets (issue #56).

I think the implementation would have to rely on some pattern matching then. I'm not sure you want to wait for this in v0.6 though, considering the upcoming demo and the fact that such a feature would delay starting and even explaining the annotation process?
