Admins shoud have a dashboard that allows them to see:

Rooms definitions
- and shifts graphically
Shifts occupancy (%)
Number of users
Number of offspring in the system
Identify users with more than 1 offspring
Identify offsprings that have no shift assigned
Identify users without offspring
Switch on / off capabilities of the system
