@EwoutH @EdwardBetts @alee @djmitche By integrating Mesa models & agents with Langgraph, we can leverage the strength of both frameworks. Mesa can be used to simulate the the underlying dynamics of the system, while Langgraph can manage the complex orchestration between multiple agents. For example, picture a scenario where Mesa is used to simulate a complex ecosystem, such as a city's traffic system. Langgraph can be deployed to create a multi-agent system where different agents(e.g. traffic lights, vehicles, pedestrians) orchestrate their actions based on simulations provided by Mesa. For another example, there was this excellent paper https://sakana.ai/ai-scientist/ by Sakana.ai, an ai lab from Japan, which talks about agents performing on their own or in coordination, discovering new science & then vetting them all by their own or by other specialized agents, thus accelerating the prospect & progress of scientific discovery. This has many advantages. This integration allows for a more realistic & dynamic simulations, as agents can adapt their behaviors in real time based on the evolving state of the system. It also enables the creation of more complex & scalable multi-agent systems, where agents can perform a wide range of tasks & interact in sophisticated ways. By combining Project Mesa models & agents with Langgraph, researchers & developers can create more advanced & adaptive simulations, leading to deeper insights & more effective solutions for complex systems. |

Want to develop feature & guide so that mesa models can be used with langgraph agents.
What are your thoughts on these maintainers?
