TC-IDM-6.1: Automate

Very similar to IDM-2.2, can probably re-use a lot of the code there, swapping ReadAttribute for ReadEvent.

There's one step that's currently not being run, and I don't really understand what it's trying to say. Given that we haven't been running that since 1.0, it's probably better to just remove it.
