Confirm bug free hyperpose implementation
Batch processing right now. New pipeline needs run pose, do localization, then the graph code
Goals: CPU and GPU maxed out at the same time
Setup as a service

If this could be written in Python using Boost.Python bindings to the C++ source it is feasible.
