RE7 Vive Controller Layout Issues

Help me please. I have vive controllers but using them in vr I can't even start the game from the main menu of the game. This is probably a layout problem, since the button for interacting with the world around me does not work. I can't open boxes, pick up and use items. With steam, I can't change the layout. Also, I can't run around in the game and switch between items in the quick inventory. If you know how to solve this problem please tell
