Hi,
Been trying to solve this issue - but still havent got the way out. Appreciate some help on this matter.

"DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\bin\runtimes\win-x64\native\e_sqlcipher.dll' or one of its dependencies: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)"

We are also experiencing this issue on net4.x CacheDatabase Issue
