raw html style

Hi, I try to add raw html code in rst files and use bootstrap for html style, while it seems bootstrap is not applied in html page after rendering. How could I use bootstrap+raw html in *.rst file?

This theme does not use bootstrap. If you want to do any kind of fancy card/layout stuff, I'll recommend using sphinx-design or sphinx-panels.
