The idea here is to be able to sort using the lowest diff of a mapset to sort where the lowest diff of the mapset that is the most difficult of the all the lowest diffs of mapset will be put at the top, the 2nd highest diff of all the lowest diffs will be put on 2nd and so on

for example:

unsorted list:

1. mapset 1: *1.33, *2.66, *3.99
2. mapset 2: *8.51
3. mapset 3: *0.61, *2.76, *3.11, *3.12, *3.13, *3.17
4. mapset 4: *0.50, *0.9,*1.1,*6.87
5. mapset 5: *4.11,*7.11, *9.11, *10.11, *11.11

sorted list:

1. mapset 2: *8.51
2. mapset 5: *4.11,*7.11, *9.11, *10.11, *11.11
