Both Pouet and Demozoo can have party database entries before the party has actually happened, e.g. to list the party invitations. However, when no party releases have been added yet, it is not possible to add e.g. a Demozoo link. Can be tested e.g. here: https://www.pouet.net/party.php?which=1691&when=2017

Repro - I encountered this when adding https://www.pouet.net/party.php?which=1830&when=2018

Pouet has no awareness whether a party has happened or not, the only way to validate whether results or additional links should be added is whether there are any prods to it.

But if an invitation already links to that (empty) party, some sort of DB entry already has to exist, no?
