FR: automatical correction of balance discrepancy

Describe the solution you'd like
So please think about enhancing the saldo discrepancy function with a function to create a correcting deposit or removal booking function.
3 possible ways to do this:
A: directly within discrepancy finder
B: option in the deposit or removal booking dialog to enter a new balance an the calculate the difference
C: new correct discrepancy dialog (as B but one dialog for adding or removing the difference)
