[Bug] Existing nominations are not loading, so I can't manage them nor Nominate again

Re-opening #2128 cause it wasn't solved.

I tried all RPC Providers, with a long wait. This doesn't look like a connection problem as everything else is loading, eg. my free balance, bonded funds, pending payouts, the fact that I'm already nominating, etc.

Has you can see I'm connected, current nominations are frozen as Syncing..., I cannot manage them, and there is a warning and an issue in the browser console.
