Async Clipboard API in Office and Web chrome [svg encoding format conflict]

Recently, chrome team keep going with extend the feature of Async Clipboard API, which give developer more option and usage to design a cross-platform app with a better experience. It is also helpful for extending Office‘s influence.
My effort for copying svg img between web-chrome and Office, hindered by different svg encoding formats.
Here is some discuss with Async Clipboard API community
In short, I wounder which encoding formate is used for svg image in office.
