Clean out old ghcr images regularly #88

Old images are not cleaned out by default, and so we should run a cron job that cleans them out IMO.

There might be some need for keeping old versions of ExaGO built, but I think users can either:

Use the latest version
Adapt our CI workflow for their own needs

This need arose from #85
