I see no commits in 2018, and only 4 small things in 2017.
Your blog also had no posts in 2017 and 2018.
Plus I see 123 open tickets, with one from 2018, and it's unanswered.

Hi, this is one of the core developers and maintainers of Plumi. We were moving comments from an internal tracker here, so this is why so many comments ended up as open (or duplicates).

There are a few Plumi installations and developers adding functionality to them, as fars as I know, though main Plumi repository is highly inactive as you notice.

Not sure if it's a problem, but this video at demo.plumi.org appears to have lots of spam-bot comments.
