Bug description

Hello,

The text is truncated on the dashboard tab when it's empty.
I think we must have a centered text like this one in french "Le tableau de bord est vide. Merci d'ajouter des rapports en cliquant sur l'icône"

The problem exists with Firefox, Chrome and Edge last versions.

Could you please fix this bug ?
