Improvements to setup.py #115

While making dash-vtk, I noticed a few improvements could be made:

Use setuptools.find_packages - See: Improve setup.py: Fix utils import issues, and remove unneeded install_requires dash-cytoscape#94
Auto-include long description from readme.md - See this line
