Future of nv

@bnb and I were chatting last week and there is some opportunity here to merge some work they are doing and make a better future for this repo/project.

What we chatted about was basically turning this into a monorepo with a few different levels of tooling depending on what a user is actually needing from the node release metadata. I wont speak for them, but I am guessing this is related to #19, #20, #21 #23 & #24, so maybe @bnb would be willing to post more thoughts?

I am going to close this. I have been working through all the open issues and PRs and I think I have most of it in hand. We can re-open specific parts of the discussion as new individual issues as necessary.
