  • Bitchute - Aims to put creators first and provide them with a service that they can use to flourish and express their ideas freely.
  • Bit.tube - Take back control of your content. Create it. Link it. Monetize it, it's a similar service like D.Tube.
  • Documentary Addict - A website which scrapes YouTube for documentaries.
  • Dailymotion
  • DTube - D.Tube aims to become an alternative to YouTube that allows you to watch or upload videos on IPFS and share or comment about it on STEEM.
  • Hooktube - Similar to invidio.us.
  • Minds - Minds is a open source and decentralized platform for Internet freedom.
  • INVIDIOUS - Open source alternative to YouTube.
  • PeerTube - A decentralized video hosting network, based on free/libre software.
  • Vimeo - Alternative platform to YouTube.
  • YouTube MP3 Rip - Download YouTube music & videos as .MP3 files without registration.

Google Translate

  • DeepL - A privacy friendly alternative to Google's translation engine.
  • PROMPT Online - Pretty new service, but aims to provide a privacy friendly translation engine.

Google reCAPTCHA

  • HCaptcha.com - Yet another alternative to Google's reCAPTCHA system.
  • TextCaptcha - A privacy respecting reCAPTCHA alternative.
  • SecureImage - Yet another alternative to Google's reCAPTCHA system which is open source.
  • PrivacyPass - A privacy-preserving and frustration-reducing alternative to CAPTCHAs which uses Trust API - principles. A standalone API is planned.

  • Plausible - Simple and privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics.
  • Mamoto - Open source alternative to Google's Analytics.
  • Open Web Analytics - Yet another open alternative to Google's analytics.
  • Go Access - Yet another open source alternative.

Google form builder

  • JotForm - JotForm is a free online form builder.

Google Docs + Sheets + Slides

  • CryptPad - Currently does not support 2FA, besides that it's cool'io!
  • Cryptee - Team Collaboration is coming soon.
  • OnlyOffice - Tries to replace OneNote and MS office.
  • Collabora + Nextcloud - A self-hosted Google Docs alternative.
  • Framacalc - Pretty new, but does it's job Sheets alternative.
  • EtherPad - Fully open source and reliable, provides many services e.g. EtherCalc

  • Radicale - Open source alternative to Google's Calendar.
  • Baikal - Similar like Posteo, open source and provides calendar functions.

Google Maps

  • Maps Metagear - MetaGear also offers a maps service. Fully transparent and foss.
  • OpenStreetMap - One of the biggest and well-known maps provider, maintained by a large community.
  • OSMAnd - For Android, iOS and basically all platforms. Provides free maps maintained by the community.
  • Maps - An Android app, which is open source and maintained by the community.

Google (Web)Fonts

  • Google WebFont Helper - Allows you to download Google fonts, which then could be integrated via CSS into your website.
  • Font Squirrel - Yet another alternative, fully transparent to integrate webfonts into your website.

Google Earth

  • ArcGIS - A privacy friendly alternative to Google's Eath Service.
