Hello,

I am trying to run the PICRUSt2 pipeline, but I encountered an issue where the pro_ref folder is missing from the cloned repository. I have checked the default location (default_files/prokaryotic/pro_ref), but it is not present.

Could you please provide guidance on how to obtain the pro_ref folder or the required files (pro_ref.fna, pro_ref.tre, pro_ref.hmm, pro_ref.model)?
