Sometimes SQL statements are unavoidable. We should agree on a styling standard.

As far as I can see we move between these "consistent no-newlines":

and "consistent newlines"
screen shot 2017-12-06 at 10 17 17
or something in between.

Lets just agree on what to do here.

And check camelCase / PascalCase when you're on it!
