Maybe relates to #2,

Regarding CMS > Page Content:

When an API code is renamed, the associated file is not.
Files are generated only when the CMS page is saved, include more generation points.
API Code should be unique to global or the page OR include a check when auto generating blocks
If two identical page content objects are created with the same code: deleting one will delete the others file…
