Not quite sure exactly under what conditions, but I see that the portal sometimes records that a deployment attempt was made (creates a new row in the deployment table) but leaves the created field NULL

Actually, I'm also seeing a NULL deployed field for a deployment that was successful. On the other hand, the same deployment has a valid destroyed timestamp (the deployment was indeed destroyed).
