Bonjour,
What do you think if the columns feature is added, to provide vertical specifications for the outline.
If you add a column, a column header appears above, its title can be changed to give a consistent attribute to the content of each column.
Of course, the added columns do not have a hierarchically property, it just only to add new information for each row such as appointment, time, date, specific numbers, or even addition information that is not intended to be added directly to the chart.
Columns can be shown and hidden as needed.
If there is an opportunity that can go further in the addition such as setting special options for each column such that it is only for the date, or time, or numbers and can be made rich text, in order to add some sort of control over each column.
There is a similar feature in OmniOutliner by the way:

I realize that OmniOutliner has this sort of feature, but I don't think it really has any place in an outlining application. This sort of functionality is better handled and is more useful within a spreadsheet application. I would like to keep Outliner more focused in its scope.
I understand your point well.
The idea of focusing on centralizing the goal of the application is very important and I support you with this.
Just the intention of the addition is not for calculation, in fact this is a strange step from the other program, and the picture I put above is for illustration only and I don't support her own behavior.
I think the add-on will be useful for additional info like dates, times and some text. Sometimes you want to separate some of this additional information from the base outline, so it is very useful to add it as a side part in a column, which can be hidden and shown when needed.
You understand what I mean, don't you?
