My computer won’t let me run with the 64 bit version of 1.8.0_271 only the 32 bit version which causes a different error since eclipse is 64 bit. The only 64 bit version I have that will run is 1.8.0_191. Do I need to get the 64bit of 1.8.0_271 version allowed to run on my computer to get the workbench to work?

Here is my local eclipse version which is digitally signed. The version that came with the tools is not and thus not allowed to run by our policy.
