Unable to Publish Categories on Production or Staging DTS servers from Admin component

This is reproducible on Version 8.0.3 Build 114

When I attempt to publish Categories on the Admin component - nothing happens. After confirming that I can publish from both Production and Staging servers on the Publishing component, I attempted to publish the categories and nothing happens using the options Production DTS, Staging DTS or both. In my example below, CushieUniversity is Prod and StageCushU is staging.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a note of when the last time publishing ran for the site (10:55 AM and 10:27 AM):
   

2. Select a Category under the Admin Component.
   

3. Press the Publish dropdown and select Publish to Staging DTS
   

4. Nothing appears to happen.

5. Go back into the Publishing logs and verify that there is no new log
   10:55 is the last publishing runtime which was manually kicked off before test.

5. The same behavior occurs when selecting Publish to Production DTS or Both.

I don't think category publishes are logged to the Publishing Logs as they aren't a content publish but a DTS update. This is more like an enhancement request for some type of publishing log for the category publish.
