Bulk Upload: Add options to set the Alt and Title text for assets on the bulk upload screen

When uploading multiple assets there isn't a way to set the alt and title fields, you have to locate them after upload and then manually set those fields for each asset and pick the target workflow state. It would save a lot of time, eliminate a lot of clicks if there was a way to set those on the bulk upload screen directly for each asset like in a table type view or something like that.

Being able to set the compression options for images would be helpful too as talked about here:
