Install turtlebot

sudo apt install ros-eloquent-cartographer sudo apt install ros-eloquent-cartographer-ros sudo apt install ros-eloquent-navigation2 sudo apt install ros-eloquent-nav2-bringup sudo apt install python3-vcstool
