ENH?: Preset delete option?

Current Behavior

Currently we only disable presets, but there's no option to delete them.

As it stands you need to edit the yml file to delete presets

Context / environment

James was concerned about the clutter in the yml file. Is this something we want to support? Currently we only really disable presets, which is safer but more cluttered.

Is this something we want to implement? I'm mixed on the matter but figure it's worth some discussion

Seems reasonable to have that functionality
Perhaps it could be interactive: "select all the presets you want to delete"

I think having a delete option is reasonable, and maybe also a "rename" for when you want to maintain the history? Not so sure about that one though.
