This plc project will be abandoned at some point, with IM1K1 and IM1K2 moving into lcls-plc-rix-motion and with the ZOS moving into lcls-plc-rix-optics.

When these items are moved out, the function blocks will not work any more as-is; they will need to be re-instantiated with the newer PMPS hooks such as the arbiter, FFOs, etc. and will need to provide more state information about what kinds of beam they can take.

This PLC project will continue to use the older FBs without the PMPS hooks and other changes for now, since it works for pre-RIX checkouts.
