Create a chat application using Stellar and the Stellar-MM-Snap

Ideally this would be picked up and expanded by someone other than me, maybe the Japanese Team. But this serves as a great starting point of what is possible using the MM snap system. Maybe it would inspire something cool. Could be as simple as an on chain chat using transaction notes, or as complex as a whole market-place. I guess that depends on a few factors 🔢
