Can someone make maybe a short tutorial. I changed the duration and add both 1 single file as well as a folder and both result in the same thing. It says "Detecting Frames for ..... video file." Nothing else ever happens and it crashes with no info or logs. Please help.

Ok wait now that I posted this I tried a different video and it brings up a bunch of clips? I tried selecting two and clicking encode and nothing happens. It says "Done Encoding" but only the original file is still there. I would still very much appreciate a video tutorial.

@KatCountryGirl can you open the log and share its contents to see if there's an error?

How do I get the log? I enabled the log but it just shows me what happens in the moment. As soon as I click "Process Queue" it crashes, shuts and so does the log window. There is no log file in the bananasplit folder.

I made some progress. By changing the destination I was able to get something. It now makes an exact copy of the source file into the file specificed. But its not splitting. I am selecting only 1 frame where I want it to split am I doing it wrong?

-i "{source}" -ss {start} -t {duration} -c:v libx264 -crf 18 -preset slow -c:a copy -map 0 "{C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\BananaSplit-3.3.0\Output}"

@KatCountryGirl what are the timestamps you see on the window when you select to split? do you have a log you can share? can you please share the video you're trying to split?
