Create an edit URL feature and maybe search for duplicates

Create an "edit URL" feature that allows editing of the URL with the preferred text editor. One problem is that if you want to tweet the same URL twice in one day, the entry will be overwritten on the targeted microblog.

If I stick with file archiving, it would be a good idea to add a search for duplicate entries and offer to increment the URL (maybe with a seconds parameter) so an entry will not be overwritten unless the users wants to do that.
