I have been trying out scarf and I have a very good experience using it! However, I cant seem to find any doublet detection functionality or implementation details. Since it is a very common step when curating single cell data, I was wondering if there was a particular reason for this.
If there aren't any reason against it, should it be fine to just export the raw count matrix in sparse format and annotate the cells with scrublet (or some similar tool) and then import the doublet status into cell_meta data?
