Getting SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED error

I see following errors after hitting enter at the prompt "Do you want to enter OTP manually, instead of auto-read?". Can the devs please help. I am running the script on a windows 10 machine. I have also tried running on ubuntu VM on this machine and see same error.
