Custom buttons for league pages

A custom buttons field that is public to users would be HUUUUUUUGE. Saves manually making them via HTML, could even add hidden ones that only those with the "Edit Leagues" permission can see, allowing us or our tournament partners to organize and add their own internal resources via our pages. We don't really need the Newbie Guide or Booking guide pages linked as buttons so we wouldn't need more than one heading. This one probably would require the previously mentioned small redesign to support properly.

There is also the question of how we would handle icons. I think similar to the badge/roles icons potentially, where theres a preset list of them. Saves us relying on Fontawesome, of which we are going over the page views limit on the free plan.
