Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Watchers of a task are often team members that are concerned about the workflow of a task.
Sometimes, it's legit to have watchers allowed to interact with the task (relaunch it or extend)

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a property on a tasktemplate to allow watcher to interact with the task ?
