Add more environments for belonging and inclusion relations

There are lack of environments for inclusion and belonging representations. Despite necessary output might be created via another way, it's a very complicated to read and understand such constructions. These are:

• belongs on the role
• included on the role
  And macro for creation of the local set with list inside.
