Note Organization and Categorization

Issue:

Given that users may create multiple notes, we need to provide a mechanism to organize and categorize notes. This will enhance user experience by allowing efficient navigation and retrieval.

Acceptance Criteria:

Users should be able to create categories or tags for notes.
A mechanism for organizing notes (e.g., folders, tags, or labels) should be implemented.
The user interface should allow filtering or sorting notes based on these categories or tags.
