(I converted this to a discussion as I think it is mostly a question, feel free to raise another issue if you think there is an issue with ADC measurements) I'm not sure what you mean by DC current. Is it the current in the dq frame? If so, it can be measured directly. Only q is needed as d is normally zero. Nonetheless, with the comms layer revision we'll add access to the d component as well. In addition, you can also find out the measured phase currents. If there is a specific question you have regarding ADC measurements, feel free to drop it here! |

Hi Yannis,
If I wanted to measure the instantaneous DC current being used by the motor (as a power meter might read), how could I do this? Would it just be a matter of adding the currents on each phase or is there more to it? I'm a little confused by what's going on in the ADC_UpdateMeasurements function and can't seem to find any info on current readings in the documentation.
Thanks!
