RocksDB: Inconsistent results

I am experiencing some strange issue I have no explanation for.

Before reporting this as an issue I would like to estasblish whether this is a result of wrongful API usage or whether this is indeed a real issue.

When I run the below example using MvStore engine. then everything works as expected - i.e. one result get's outputted no matter how many times I run the program.

The issue arises when I switch to RocksDb. What happes is that on the first run eveyrthing works as expected. But on the second run there is no results being returned.
