Organisations feedback

Hi Modrinth team,

I love the new Organisations feature, and have a few pieces of feedback based on my current usage of it.

Just for some extra context, we (https://github.com/EngineHub) as an org have a few core devs and a few contributors, but not everyone works on all projects. I'm not sure if this is pretty typical, but it's the underlying reason for a lot of the following feedback (but not all of it).

1. Please allow the visible role of the owner to be customised. As I created our org on Modrinth I'm stuck being shown as "Owner" on the org page, rather than "Maintainer" as I would preferably like to be shown as. I understand that "Owner" likely has more meaning internally for permission reasons, so this is more just a request for a display text override than anything else.
2. Please allow showing the org owner as a member of projects owned by the org in the sidebar, as currently the org owner is missing from the list despite everyone else added to the project being visible
3. Please allow hiding org members from specific projects in the sidebar. I understand that all org members will be "added" to the project and we can configure their permissions independently, which makes sense to me, I'm just asking for a checkbox to make each member shown/hidden on the sidebar for users
4. Please allow full control of per-project settings for owners. Currently the org-wide monetisation weight of the owner is forcibly applied to all projects which is very non-ideal, and it also means the owner would show as "Owner" on all projects if they showed in the sidebar

Thanks for reading my feedback list, I definitely love the new orgs feature. Having these changes would 100% make them significantly more useful and usable to this use case :)
