Goouu Tech GT-U7 GPS Module with 2.5.15.f8 Alpha/2.5.15.79x Beta Failure

I've been having issues with the GPS for a few weeks, I ran an update (forgot first version) and the GPS started reporting it was not present. I tore down my device and found no issues. I'm running a Heltec V3, with GPIO 37 ==> GT-U7 RX. Everything connected correctly, so I did a full reset via the Web Installer (Full Erase and Install). Still did not work, so I connected a micro-USB to Goouuu Tech GT-U7 and saw it was receiving a signal, so knew the device was OK. I ended up trying a few versions of the firmware (Alpha: 2.5.16.f8, 2.5.12.aa and Beta: 2.5.15.79, 2.5.14.f2) and there was no change. As a long shot, I tried to install the oldest version available online (Alpha: 2.5.3.a7) and it immediately worked (Sat's started showing up, along with Lat/Long/Altitude. No idea what changed between the versions, but the newest version seems to have an issue when trying to listen to the RX of the GT-U7.
