Color encoding based on point age

I do like the feature of the 3D Panel to set a accumulation time for point data, like displaying all 3D points of the last second. This especially is helpful for quite sparse data, like ultrasonic echos. Unfortunately the color encoding (like the ones based on x,y,z) can not be done base on the age of a point. I think it is a cool feature to see, which data points are new and which are already much older. Especially for static parts of the environment you can see more accumulated details (like an obstacle), but also what is currently received from this obstacle.
