Enable regression checks in Postprocessing

When checking postprocessing quantities, it would be nice to be able to check that the result conforms to some expected regression eg convergence with respect to the mesh size or the polynomial order.
The initial developer of the testcase construct the regression data and when the user executes the test, the newly generated data is checked against the registered regression
